DG Foods LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Bastrop, LA facility. You will oversee line operations during a designated shift, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Reporting to the Production Superintendent, you will manage processing functions to optimize long-term profitability. The role requires coordinating staff, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with USDA, HACCP, SSOP, and GPM policies while maintaining strong customer service and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Professional demeanor under pressure.
• Bilingual in Spanish desirable.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage line and product operations for the designated shift.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, HACCP, SSOP, and GPM policies.
• Uphold safety and health programs and conduct inspections.
