Job summary

SEI is seeking a seasoned Value Realization and Portfolio Operations Lead to design and govern the operating system that tracks priorities, initiatives, outcomes, and business impact across the SEI Next program.

You will own KPI development, executive reporting, portfolio governance, and value realization, translating strategic investments into measurable results while guiding cross-functional programs and senior leadership communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, or related field with 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop KPI frameworks, executive reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement that ties work to business outcomes.
• Proven track record translating strategy into execution and linking initiatives with investments to measurable results.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the Value Realization Operating System, KPI architecture, reporting cadences, and value realization methodologies.
• Establish portfolio governance processes to create transparency and track progress, milestones, and outcomes.
• Own and govern portfolio management tools and data to keep information current and decision-ready.
• Lead internal engagement programs and coordinate cross-functional dependencies to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Execute strategic initiatives, translate ideas into plans, manage dependencies, and drive execution from intake to delivery.
