Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Portfolio Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support across multiple communities. You will assist with leasing processes, maintain accurate records, and support on-site teams to promote operational excellence and long-term success.

The role involves travel between assigned communities to provide leasing, training, and administrative support, ensuring consistency in documentation and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in multifamily, leasing, customer service, or administrative support roles preferred.
• Experience supporting leasing processes, resident files, or property operations is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing applications and supporting leasing documentation across assigned communities.
• Maintain accurate resident files, lease records, and system data.
• Ensure files are complete and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Support on-site teams by helping track unit availability, lease terms, and basic property information.
• Assist with preparing units and coordinating readiness for move-ins or property showings as needed.
• Maintain awareness of community policies, leasing requirements, and general property information.
• Provide support in responding to resident and prospect inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with handling resident requests and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Support outreach efforts by helping maintain contact lists and distributing marketing or informational materials.
• Assist with gathering market and competitor information as requested.
