Job summary

• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with current customers and hospital staff to understand needs and communicate with leadership.
• Establish and monitor customer satisfaction metrics; develop plans to improve performance.
• Coordinate new customer implementation and support growth initiatives.
• Collaborate across Versiti service lines to meet customer needs.
• Support training for hospital services and participate in planning meetings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
