The Credit Strategy team within BXMA invests across the global credit landscape, sourcing and underwriting opportunities throughout the capital structure across both public and private markets. Investments span partnerships with fund managers, operating platforms, co-investments, and direct investments. The team is seeking a highly analytical and eager Investment Associate who is excited to work across a broad opportunity set. The Associate will play a central role in underwriting investments, building complex financial models, and conducting thematic strategy research. This role offers exposure to a wide range of asset classes including structured credit, corporate credit, asset-based finance, and real assets.

Expected annual base salary range: $135,000 - $175,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
