OneSearch Group, in partnership with a leading banking institution, seeks an Associate Portfolio Manager to join its Corporate Banking group in Miami, FL. The role focuses on portfolio monitoring, credit analysis, and transaction execution across a diverse corporate client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, or a related financial services role.
• Exposure to corporate or middle market lending preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and basic credit principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with systems such as nCino is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a diversified corporate banking portfolio for adherence to credit standards and risk guidelines, tracking financial performance, covenant compliance, and key credit metrics across assigned relationships.
• Identify trends, emerging risks, and early warning signals to support periodic portfolio reviews.
• Maintain accurate portfolio reporting, including exposure tracking and risk ratings.
• Ensure credit files and documentation are complete, organized, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Support underwriting efforts for new transactions, amendments, renewals, and restructurings through financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Assist in the preparation of credit memoranda, financial models, and supporting documentation for internal approval processes.
• Coordinate the loan closing process with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams on documentation review and execution.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit teams, and Product partners to support client needs and ongoing portfolio management.
• Prepare materials for client meetings, internal discussions, and credit committees.
• Respond to client inquiries related to portfolio activity, reporting, and transactions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of treasury and cash management solutions, and identify opportunities to deepen client product usage.
• Contribute to portfolio analytics and reporting to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses, presentations, and projects for senior management.
• Support efforts to improve portfolio performance and operational efficiency.
