Job summary

You will help maintain portfolio management and trading systems, assist with model adoption, and contribute to efficiency improvements across client accounts.

The role emphasizes institutional portfolio management, with exposure to research, strategy implementation, and collaboration with Investment Advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Series 65 license required or the ability to pass within three months of hire.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word and Outlook.
• Experience with portfolio accounting, trust accounting, trading, or investment management systems preferred.
• Experience with Orion Eclipse and related portfolio management platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and management of centralized portfolio solutions within the firm's framework.
• Maintain portfolio management and trading system databases for accuracy and consistency with model portfolios.
• Monitor model adoption, asset ownership, and portfolio strategy implementation.
• Assist in documenting and implementing model adoption processes with Investment Advisors.
• Support optimization of portfolio management technology, workflows, and system capabilities.
• Execute account-level transactions to support portfolio objectives.
