  • Produce standard and ad hoc reports related to models, asset allocation, portfolio holdings, and implementation activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data integrity, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support ongoing enhancements to investment systems and technology platforms.
Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Series 65 license required or the ability to successfully pass the Series 65 examination within three (3) months of hire.
  • General knowledge of investment markets, portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment research concepts.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Experience with portfolio accounting, trust accounting, trading, or investment management systems preferred.
  • Experience with Orion Eclipse and related portfolio management platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with investment professionals and advisors.
