Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Serve as subject matter expert in portfolio optimization and donor pipeline development.
Facilitate portfolio reviews with fundraisers and leadership to improve readiness.
Manage and optimize assigned fundraiser portfolios through analysis and recommendations.
Collaborate with major gift and advancement leadership to develop portfolio strategies.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and identify opportunities for advancement or reallocation.
Monitor donor movement through the development cycle and recommend portfolio moves.
