• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Blackbaud CRM, Raiser's Edge) and data reporting.
• Strong portfolio management and donor pipeline expertise.
• Ability to lead through influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
