Job summary

Allianz Commercial seeks a Portfolio Solutions Bordereau Manager to join a hybrid team across O’Fallon, Chicago, or New York. You will coordinate onboarding, data management, and bordereaux processes to support delegated authority facilities and portfolio initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with delegated authority, MGA/program business preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities for delegated authority facilities and portfolio business across multiple lines of business.
• Track project timelines, dependencies, action items, and remediation activities.
• Support operational workflow development and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate bordereaux intake, validation, tracking, and reporting processes.
• Support premium booking, reconciliation, reporting, and data management activities.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, data issues, and reporting needs.
• Maintain centralized operational tracking and reporting across facilities and portfolio initiatives.
• Partner with underwriting, finance, claims, legal, and offshore teams to support portfolio activities.
• Coordinate with external brokers, MGAs, TPAs, vendors to support onboarding and reporting.
• Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Support governance, reporting requirements, and compliance coordination.
• Assist with process documentation and audit support.
• Assist with portfolio management systems like Distribute/Distribind.
