Job summary

Allianz Commercial seeks a Portfolio Solutions Team Lead to oversee a team of analysts and drive onboarding, data validation, and portfolio profitability across offices in Missouri, Georgia, and Illinois.

You will coordinate with underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial, legal, compliance, operations, IT, and PMO to ensure scalable processes and strong governance while leveraging automation opportunities and AI tools for day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others and prioritizing workload.
• Strong portfolio management to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Experience with delegated authority, facilities, or MGA relationships preferred.
• Knowledge of bordereaux processing, reconciliation, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Portfolio Solutions Analysts and create scalable operating models.
• Oversee onboarding for delegated authority programs and facilities with timelines and dependencies.
• Quality-check work related to bordereaux processing and data validation before escalation.
• Monitor portfolio profitability indicators and escalate risks to leadership.
• Collaborate across underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial, legal, compliance, operations, IT, and PMO.
• Maintain procedures, controls, and governance for onboarding and monitoring.
