Job summary

NiCE Actimize is seeking a Portfolio Pre-Sales Engineer to provide strategic business and technical support across a portfolio of complex products and solutions. You will partner with sales teams and customers to uncover business needs, design compelling solution approaches, and demonstrate how the NiCE Actimize portfolio addresses financial crime, risk, and compliance challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, solution architecture, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Experience supporting a portfolio of products or solutions and delivering demonstrations to business and executive audiences.
• Strong discovery skills to translate ambiguous requirements into clear solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to provide business and technical leadership across the sales cycle for multiple products.
• Lead consultative discovery with prospects to understand objectives, environments, regulations, and success criteria.
• Translate requirements into differentiated solution strategies, architectures, and value propositions.
• Deliver tailored presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations for diverse audiences.
• Design demos, prototypes, and integration specs for complex customer environments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, services, and delivery teams on solution fit and deployment considerations.
• Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Identify risks and gaps early and coordinate resources to address them.
• Act as trusted advisor on capability assessments and implementation guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape market-ready solutions and enable handoffs after sale.
• Capture feedback to influence roadmaps and go-to-market priorities.
• Support trade shows and events, including travel to customer locations as needed.
