The role requires deep expertise in microservices, micro-front ends, and 12-factor apps, with a strong software development background and 10+ years in the field.

The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, mentor teams, and bridge technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development.
• Experience with architecture patterns such as micro-front ends, microservices, 12 Factor applications.
• Prior Software development background.
• 5+ years of relevant task management experience.
• Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures; demonstrated ability to lead architects through organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Operate as technical and architectural leader with knowledge of both legacy and modern cloud-based distributed systems.
• Translate technology problems and solutions to business team members.
• Lead architects through organizational changes across teams.
