Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.

• Knowledge of GSE investor servicing and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely receipt and boarding of funded mortgage loans.
• Handles daily incoming and outgoing department mail.
• Prepares payoff statements and verifications of mortgage and postings.
• Processes force placed insurance assessments and cancellations.
• Monitors and updates hazard insurance policy information to meet regulatory and investor requirements.
• Assists with tax payments including sorting, filing, and scanning tax bills.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements (credit reporting, PMI, ARM, IRS).
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
