Gemini Industries, Inc. seeks a seasoned DoD Portfolio Manager to own integrated schedules, financial analyses, and decision-support products for CRI at the Wright-Patterson AFB area. SECRET clearance and government access are required.

The role emphasizes maintaining a 1,000+ line master schedule in MS Project, developing biweekly forecasts, and producing decision-ready dashboards while coordinating with Pentagon stakeholders and completing tasks with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance or technical field and 7+ years DoD acquisition/rapid fielding.
• SECRET clearance and required Government site access.
• Record Management Certification required for §12.3 assigned personnel; confirm credential acceptance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel forecasting, schedule logic and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own integrated portfolio schedules, financial analysis and decision-support products for CRI.
• Maintain a 1,000+ line integrated master schedule in Microsoft Project and analyze milestone variances.
• Develop biweekly financial forecasts and integrated Excel/portfolio status analysis.
• Respond to 60+ annual calls for data and produce decision-ready reports and dashboards.
• Support Pentagon portfolio operations approximately two days per week based on historical workload.
• Deliver accurate, timely and auditable work products; coordinate interfaces with other CRI support functions.

Location:

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base / Dayton, Ohio area; onsite. Telework only if Government-approved.

Clearance:

SECRET required under PWS §12.3

Education:

Bachelors in Business, Finance or a technical field (PWS §12.3).

Outcomes:

The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes during the first year in the position:

• Formally track all tasks, to include: assigned by, suspense, status, and comments on all assigned tasks through completion and be prepared to brief upon request.

• Develop digital continuity folders and files that include standard operating procedures, workflows and POC lists to accomplish all tasks.

• Create 2-3 products beyond the client’s requirements that positively impact the client to either increase efficiency, effectiveness, or innovation.

• Master position tasks within 60 days and exceed requirements within 90 days.

• Use government provided Generative AI tools on a day-to-day basis to accelerate tasks, research, documentation, analysis, planning, reporting, and problem solving.

• Make recommendations on process improvements and practices that improve quality, speed and/or efficiency.

• Deliver accurate, timely and auditable work products; coordinate interfaces with other CRI support functions.

Qualifications:

The candidate must have the following qualifications (PWS requirements and necessary duty authorizations):

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance or technical field and 7+ years DoD acquisition/rapid fielding (PWS §12.3).

• SECRET clearance and required Government site access.

• Record Management Certification required for §12.3 assigned personnel; confirm credential acceptance.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel forecasting, schedule logic and reporting.

The following qualifications are desired (Gemini recruiting preferences, not additional PWS mandates):

• 8–10+ years managing complex DoD integrated schedules and financial analysis.

• PMI-SP, PMP, EVMS training and Power BI (preferred, not PWS-mandated).

• Experience coordinating Pentagon stakeholders and high-volume data calls (preferred).

Travel:

Recurring travel to the Pentagon/National Capital Region (historically 104 on-site days annually); other travel as required.
