Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field, or 14+ years of related experience in software delivery.
10+ years in software development or delivery, preferably with Agile.
Experience leading SAFe Agile teams and Scrum Master or Project Manager roles.
Ability to influence at multiple levels and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage customer portfolio delivery and align with strategic execution and roadmap.
Lead PI planning and ensure delivery of features across ARTs.
Coach teams on SAFe practices and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Identify risks, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
