Mainsail Lodging & Development seeks a Cluster Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, inventory, and demand strategies across three premium properties: Epicurean Tampa, Epicurean Atlanta, and Luminary Hotel & Co. The role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and is based in the Atlanta or Tampa metro area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of hotel Revenue Management experience required.
• Multi-property or cluster Revenue Management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies for Epicurean Tampa, Epicurean Atlanta, and Luminary Hotel & Co.
• Maximize rooms revenue, total hotel revenue, profitability, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share.
• Prepare accurate monthly and rolling revenue forecasts with high accuracy.
