Job summary

Mainsail Lodging & Development is seeking an experienced, analytical Cluster Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy for three properties: Epicurean Tampa, Epicurean Atlanta, and Luminary Hotel & Co. This role maximizes revenue, RevPAR, market share, and profitability across the portfolio with strategies for transient, group, and catering segments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hotel Revenue Management experience required.
• Multi-property or cluster Revenue Management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Marriott revenue-management practices and systems strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, finance, economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue management strategies for three hotels and maximize revenue, RevPAR, and market share.
• Collaborate with General Managers, Sales Leaders on pricing, channel strategy and inventory.
• Prepare monthly and rolling forecasts with target forecast accuracy and present to leadership.
• Lead weekly revenue meetings and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial objectives.
