Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, business analytics, real estate, or related field.
• Experience in finance, real estate investment management, or related internship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate cash flows for portfolio reports with Asset Managers, Analysts, and Accountants.
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends relevant to variances.
• Coordinate periodic reports and track reports to Senior Management.
• Answer valuation and assumption inquiries for monthly valuation pricing.
• Coordinate quarterly marking review and annual audit activities.
• Maintain data integrity in quarterly investor letters and annual investor conference.
