Fortress Investment Group LLC is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join the Consultant Relations & Sales Support team in Dallas, TX (or New York, NY). You will support the Global Head of Consultant Coverage, coordinate meetings, and prepare pitch books for consultants and investors.

The role emphasizes collaboration with investment, marketing and operations teams, data integrity in CRM, and the use of AI tools to streamline workflow and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Self-starter with initiative and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: assist Global Head of Consultant Coverage; liaise with consultants and sales teams on meeting prep, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and CRM activity.
• RFP/RFI & DDQ Management: coordinate and contribute to consultant questionnaires and due diligence requests.
• Market Intelligence: monitor consultant activity and maintain updated records of preferences and priorities.
• Meetings, Presentations & Materials: coordinate roadshows; prepare pitch books and consultant-facing materials.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with investment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely information flow.
• Database & Reporting: maintain consultant databases and generate regular leadership reports.
• AI-Enabled Workflow Support: leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to streamline prep and content development.
• Data Insights & Automation: identify opportunities to improve CRM accuracy, reporting and pipeline tracking.
