Job summary

Fortress Investment Group LLC is seeking a Portfolio Reporting Analyst for its CRE Asset Management group in Dallas. You will support monthly book and valuation processes, portfolio reporting, risk analytics, and build AI-driven dashboards for senior management.

The role emphasizes accurate cash flow analyses, variance tracking, data validation, and collaboration with Asset Managers, Analysts, and Accountants to improve reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business analytics, real estate, or related field.
• 0–2 years of finance, accounting, real estate investment management, or related internship experience.
• Familiarity with finance, real estate, and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate cash flows for portfolio reports with Asset Managers, Analysts, and Accountants.
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends related to variances.
• Coordinate periodic reports and track reports for Senior Management.
• Answer valuation and assumption inquiries for monthly valuation pricing.
• Coordinate quarterly marking review and annual audit activities.
• Maintain data integrity in quarterly investor letters and annual investor conference.
• Support analysis of investment track record calculations.
• Collaborate with the Business Analyst to support Asset Management system and financial models.
• Assist with special projects for Senior Management, including data gathering and analytics.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline portfolio reporting and data validation.
• Assist in AI-driven dashboards, analytical models, and reporting tools for portfolio monitoring and senior management decisions.
• Collaborate on AI use cases, data workflows, and responsible AI usage in reporting.
