The ASM collaborates with Branch and Relationship Managers to deliver tailored banking solutions while upholding credit quality and regulatory standards.

The role focuses on retention and expansion of existing relationships, leveraging CNB's products to grow deposits, fees, and loan activity, with a strong emphasis on risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
• Minimum 4 years of branch banking experience within the segment.
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact with existing clients for day-to-day operational needs, addressing financial requirements while maintaining credit quality.
• Uses bank products and services knowledge to grow relationships and generate referrals.
• Analyzes customer needs to cross-sell various bank services and directs clients to appropriate areas.
• Improves banking acumen through internal training and market awareness.
• Maintains and increases portfolio profitability while managing risk.
• Resolves customer questions and handles account operations (payments, wires, new accounts, etc.).
