Job summary
DePuy Synthes is seeking a Manager, TPO Portfolio and Project Management to own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for technology platforms. You will partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and other teams to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, guiding agile delivery and continuous improvement.
The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regulatory awareness, and leveraging AI and analytics to accelerate product development and informed decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field).
- Master’s degree (MBA or relevant technical discipline) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the assigned Portfolio and Project Management technology platforms, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead prioritization decisions to balance business value, compliance, and delivery timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for product performance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to support agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools, and governance models.
- Monitor product outcomes and KPIs to ensure solutions deliver measurable value to the cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and leadership behaviors in all interactions.
- Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms, accelerating product development, improving scientific and engineering insights, and strengthening end‑to‑end decision‑making while enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient R&D operations from discovery through lifecycle management.
