Job summary
DePuy Synthes is seeking a Manager, TPO Portfolio and Project Management to lead the portfolio and PM technology that supports R&D and Supply Chain product development. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align investments with regulatory requirements and business priorities.
The role emphasizes driving governance, visibility, and value realization, while applying agile/hybrid delivery and advanced analytics to accelerate innovation from discovery through lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, CS, or related field.
- MBA or relevant technical discipline preferred.
- 6–8 years in technology, digital product management, or clinical systems.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Portfolio and Project Management platforms.
- Gather requirements from R&D, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams.
- Prioritize to balance business value, compliance, and delivery timelines.
- Accountable for product performance, lifecycle, and improvements.
- Support agile delivery with sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Improve portfolio management processes, tools, and governance.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure value delivery to cross-functional teams.
- Lead AI, analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms.
