Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or related field.
• Professional Licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA) is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience leading a team and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the team's quality of work, productivity, and actions.
• Directs and oversees the execution of complex projects within a portfolio.
• Serve as primary client contact at the portfolio level to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery with scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage resources with project managers and operations staff.
