Job summary

North American Rescue, LLC seeks a Product Manager II to own portfolio strategy and execution across the product lifecycle. This role evaluates portfolio performance and market needs to determine growth, optimization, maintenance, and rationalization strategies.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage external development partners and suppliers, and deliver roadmap objectives from concept through commercialization and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience independently leading product development, portfolio management, or cross-functional business initiatives.
• Experience leading at least one major product launch from concept through commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned product portfolios and develop strategies to grow, maintain, optimize, or rationalize product lines.
• Create and execute portfolio roadmaps aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead complex product programs from concept through commercialization and lifecycle management.
• Establish product requirements, specifications, claims, and success criteria based on customer, sales, operational, and market needs.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for new products, product enhancements, and portfolio investments.
• Serve as the primary owner of project plans, deliverables, schedules, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
