Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Ongoing industry-related and management education encouraged.
• Formal credit training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and implement reports and processes to improve department efficiency.
• Monitor workout processes including approvals, transfers, and risk changes.
• Coordinate pre-closing due diligence and documentation.
• Prepare loans/modifications for boarding and coordinate post-closing activities.
• Serve as operational contact for borrowers, RM, Loan Servicing, and Compliance.
• Provide admin support with reports and presentations as needed.
• Coordinate with Compliance to ensure regulatory procedures.
• Support MAD team on special projects and initiatives.
