Job summary

Related Commercial Management Company (RCMC) seeks an experienced portfolio operations leader to oversee multi-site performance and drive strategic initiatives across Class A assets. You will collaborate with senior leadership, translate business strategy into action, and elevate service levels across the portfolio.

You will design SOPs, optimize workflows, and manage budgets, vendor performance, and onboarding for new properties while supporting cross-functional teams and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property management or portfolio operations experience.
• Strong budgeting and vendor management knowledge.
• Experience supporting multi-site or portfolio-level operations.
• Ability to lead at AGM/GM level when needed.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, variances, forecasts.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor SOPs for portfolio-wide consistency.
• Optimize systems and workflows across properties.
• Support procurement, contracting, and service delivery oversight.
• Provide field support and onboarding of new properties.
• Track KPIs and prepare executive portfolio reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
