Job summary

Annie Aesthetic is seeking a Director of Operations to own and optimize performance across a growing portfolio of clinics. You will lead cross-brand operations, drive KPI accountability, and partner with the executive team on forecasting and strategic growth.

The role requires hands-on leadership across multiple sites, with travel and in-person presence at key locations. Equity participation and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with strong operational leadership
• 5+ years in multi-site, fast-paced environments
• Proven track record owning P&L and driving growth

Responsibilities

• Own performance and EBITDA outcomes across portfolio sites
• Set KPIs and partner with clinic leaders on reporting
• Lead integration of acquisitions and scale operations
