Job summary

Annie Aesthetic is seeking a Director of Operations to own multi-site performance across clinics and brands. You will drive revenue growth, margin management, and EBITDA improvements while leading Clinic Managers and brand operators. This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting to the executive team.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, champion integration of acquisitions, and partner with finance on forecasts. Travel to Western US clinics is expected.

Qualifications

• MBA from a top program; search fund, PE-backed operating role, or consulting background preferred.
• 5+ years of operational experience across multi-site or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record owning outcomes in fast-paced settings with limited resources.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate numbers into decisions.
• Exceptional people leadership across all organizational levels.
• Advanced Excel/data skills; experience with EMR/CRM is a plus.
• Able to travel to clinic locations; mix of in-person and remote management expected.
• Available to start as soon as possible, within about one month.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and financial performance across a defined set of portfolio companies.
• Set and track KPIs; build accountability rhythms with Clinic Managers and brand leaders.
• Partner with ELT and finance on reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinics and brands; in-person presence at key sites.
• Lead integration of newly acquired clinics into the platform and plan 100-day actions.
