Annie Aesthetic is seeking a Director of Operations to own and lead a high-growth portfolio of LA-area clinics with multi-site oversight and a strategic growth mandate.
Reporting to the COO, you will own the P&L across five clinics with over $20M in annual sales, guide operations, people development, and vendor management, and travel to sites as needed. Mandarin fluency is required to support a diverse team.

We work alongside each of our clinics, providing financial and operational support to aid in their growth. We intentionally foster a performance‑oriented, dynamic culture that values ownership, pragmatism, humility, and collaboration.

The Director of Operations will play a critical role in driving clinic performance and supporting growth initiatives. Reporting to the COO, the Director will serve as the full owner of one of our portfolio companies in the Los Angeles area — a business generating over $20 million in annual sales across five clinic locations, with plans to continue its rapid growth through de novo openings. This role offers a unique blend of strategic and operational responsibilities, ideal for a dynamic, results‑oriented leader with a passion for building teams and growing businesses.
The Director will own portfolio company’s P&L and have all employees reporting up through them, including on‑site Clinic Managers. Responsibilities span strategic planning, growth initiatives, operational excellence, talent development, and overall business performance.
The portfolio company is based in Los Angeles, so the candidate must live in the LA area and be able to be on‑site three to four days per week. Some additional travel will be required, including team offsites. The majority of employees are most comfortable speaking in Mandarin so fluency is a requirement.
