You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and pursue new growth opportunities while ensuring compliant, patient-centered engagement with providers and payers.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in biologics, strong strategic and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel up to 80%. A Bachelor's is required and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced Degree, MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with multi-therapeutic area exposure.
• Strong track record in driving business growth and achieving targets.
• Experience with disease management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead local market business planning and execution across Neuro and Rheumatology.
• Define local KPIs aligned with national metrics.
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure compliant, customer-centric cross-functional engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional field roles to deliver holistic execution.
• Travel up to 80 percent as required.
