This isn’t an internship where you’ll be stuck in one department. You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, engineering, and finance, gaining a unique, big-picture view of how a global technology business operates and makes decisions.

Your work will have a real and measurable impact. The insights you uncover and the recommendations you make will directly contribute to our product strategy, profitability, and growth in a competitive global market.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Help lead strategic projects from initial analysis to final recommendation, presenting your findings directly to business stakeholders.
  • Act as a market detective, conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify portfolio gaps, new trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Dive deep into our business data, analyzing pricing, sales, and profitability to uncover the actionable insights that will drive our strategy forward.
  • Help bring our product strategies to life by supporting product positioning, creating marketing materials, and assisting with launch and phase-out plans.
  • Become a process innovator by helping to improve the tools, templates, and reports our global portfolio team uses every day.
What We're Looking For
  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related technical or business field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and present your findings in a clear, compelling way.
  • An analytical and strategic mindset, with a natural curiosity to understand the "why" behind business decisions.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and can take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are able to work primarily on-site in our Plymouth, MN campus during internship
What You'll Get from Us
  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
