Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presenting findings.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with curiosity to understand the reasons behind decisions.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and able to own projects in a fast-paced environment.
• On-site work requirement at Plymouth, MN campus during internship.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from initial analysis to final recommendation, presenting to stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify portfolio gaps and opportunities.
• Analyze pricing, sales, and profitability to uncover actionable insights for strategy.
• Support product positioning, create marketing materials, and assist with launch plans.
• Improve tools, templates, and reports used by the global portfolio team.
