Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania in Pittsburgh is seeking a Portfolio Servicing Specialist 1 to assist in monitoring the existing Retail Business Banking portfolio and support branch operations, including structuring loans and answering commercial loan questions.

You will work with reports like Matured Loan and Paid Loans, coordinate with the Quality Control and Compliance Specialist, and help manage loan modifications while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

BA or BS degree required.
3 years of related experience required.
Excellent project management, communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRIF software, Customer Information System and Director.

Responsibilities

Follows up with branch personnel on reports such as the Matured Loan Report, Paid Loans Report, etc., and makes recommendations to the Manager of Small Administration on restructuring of loans.
Recommends and aids branch personnel on how to best handle loan modification requests.
Maintains a log of modification requests on a monthly basis.
May be cross trained to do more complex deals and make recommendations based on credit criteria.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is a required component of all position descriptions.
