Job summary

Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an Associate for Portfolio Lifecycle Management to maintain syndicated and bilateral warehouse facility data and ensure accurate books and records.

You will collaborate with agent banks, clients, trading partners, and internal teams to deliver timely reports and support regulatory submissions; requires a finance/analytics/math degree and 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics or related field.
• At least three years of experience in related roles.
• Experience with data aggregation and reporting for senior management.
• Experience with external audit requests and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with agent banks, clients, and trading partners to ensure accurate books and records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Trading, Strats, Legal, Tax, Controllers, and Engineering to support operations.
• Prepare and submit Federal Reserve Regulatory reports within deadlines.
• Assist with loan product creation and trade booking operations.

Service a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral warehouse facilities, focusing on asset-backed financing. Communicate and work with firm’s external business counterparts, such as agent banks, clients, and trading partners, and internal stakeholders such as in Trading, Strats, Legal, Tax, Controllers, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate books and records. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field such as Mechanical Engineering, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior employment must include three (3) years of experience with: utilizing Microsoft Excel for data aggregation and submissions, including using formulas to generate counts and data summary reports; generating reports and summaries for senior management decks utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint; querying loan data and responding to various related inquiries utilizing SQL within the Aqua Data Studios platform; utilizing Jira platform for issue tracking and coordinating with various internal stakeholders to ensure issue remediation; responding to external audit requests and queries utilizing external platforms; coordinating submissions of deliverables for Federal Reserve Regulatory reporting and submitting within a specified deadline; and performing operations duties related to loan product creation and support for trade booking.
