Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across our energy and carbon reduction initiatives.

You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple offices and time zones. The role emphasizes driving energy instrument procurement, data interpretation into actionable insights, and deployment of analytics to support strategy and decision-making for sustainability efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, engineering, science, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory with focus on energy markets or grid infrastructure.
  • Experience leading teams and groups of internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and technical oversight for clean electricity carbon reduction strategy, including procurement of energy instruments.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and drive clean energy and carbon reduction strategies.
  • Develop analytics, BI, and tools for tracking, forecasting, and reporting to support decisions and leadership reviews.
  • Lead external collaboration with experts and industry partners to advance program goals.
