Job summary

Investor Group Services (IGS) invites an Associate to join the Portfolio Services & Commercial Excellence team in Chicago, IL. You’ll design analytical workstreams, run AI-enabled and quantitative models, validate outputs, and deliver data-driven client content with Consultants and Engagement Managers.

Role spans GTM, pricing, and growth strategies across industries; you’ll own workstreams end to end and present insights to client C-suite in a hybrid, travel-lite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance or a quantitative field.
• 1-4 years of experience in revenue operations, growth strategy, sales strategy or customer success preferred.
• Prior consulting experience or portfolio operations experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Python, SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment with multiple deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market assessments, customer segmentation and competitive analysis to inform client strategies.
• Design and implement sales and marketing alignment plans and channel strategies.
• Own analytical workstreams and translate findings into client-ready slide content with Consultants.
• Collect, organize data inputs for AI-based models and quantitative analysis.
• Run analytics and AI models; validate outputs for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain structured data documentation and version control for analytical assets.
• Create charts, visuals, and data exhibits to communicate findings clearly.
• Partner with client C-suite teams to present findings and drive business change.
