Job summary

Kennebunkport Resort Collection is seeking a seasoned General Manager to guide The Boathouse Hotel & Restaurant, Kennebunkport Inn, Yachtsman Hotel & Marina Club, Grand Hotel, and The Lodge on the Cove. You will lead strategy, staffing, and operations across a portfolio with a focus on achieving exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years management experience in hotel/lodging is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and branded hotel experience (limited and full service) is a plus.
