Job summary

FirstKey Homes, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A to partner with the Finance leadership on portfolio MOR, oversee performance across P&L, and drive rolling forecasts and annual budgets.

The role requires building driver-based models in Power BI, OneStream, and SQL, preparing investor materials, and collaborating across functions to deliver real-time financial insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics or equivalent work experience/education.
• 2 years of progressive experience in a financial or business analyst role.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to partner and influence across the organization.
• Experience presenting financial data to Finance and Operations leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on portfolio monthly results across all P&L lines.
• Partner with Accounting, Operations and ownership to ensure timely portfolio close.
• Lead portfolio review meetings and present variances vs forecast/budget.
• Prepare portfolio MOR package consolidating data from core systems (Yardi, OneStream, Power BI).
• Build driver-based models to forecast portfolios at property, market, and consolidated levels.
• Assist in forecasts and annual budgets; gather assumptions and prepare leadership materials.
• Support quarterly investor reporting packages and debt covenant reporting.
• Support quarterly competitive analysis of public SFR peers; synthesize findings for exec presentations.
• Assist in balance sheet and cashflow monthly reporting and variance analysis.
• Automate recurring analyses and dashboards in Power BI; promote FP&A best practices.
• Perform strategic and ad-hoc analyses as assigned.
