Qualifications

• Experience coordinating vendors, inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective work.
• Experience maintaining work orders and facilities records.

Responsibilities

• Routinely travel among PCMH residential properties to assess building conditions and provide field support.
• Monitor open, aging, and high-priority work orders and assist Site Superintendents with prioritization.
• Coordinate with the Facilities Operations Coordinator on vendor scope and follow-up.
• Maintain records of field findings, completed work, and outstanding actions.
• Support inspections and remediation actions with regulatory agencies as needed.
