This hybrid role emphasizes AI-enabled workflow improvements and close cross-functional coordination. Required is a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in pharma/biotech with exposure to generics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or Finance is required.
• 3+ years in pharma/biotech with exposure to generics; portfolio or execution roles preferred.
• Strong execution and governance skills across portfolios.
• Ability to coordinate across R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare governance-ready materials for portfolio forums by building slides, validating data, and ensuring clear decision framing.
• Maintain portfolio forecasts and scenarios across internal and BD assets by updating the internal pipeline system.
• Coordinate inputs across R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Supply, and BD teams; resolve data gaps early.
• Build and improve templates, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
• Track decisions, actions, owners, and timelines from portfolio forums and ensure updates are reflected in materials and forecasts.
• Proactively identify risks and escalate to leadership to protect decision quality.
