Job summary

CTG is seeking a seasoned Project Portfolio Manager to lead planning, governance, and execution oversight for IT outsourcing programs in energy. You will manage demand, forecast resources, set priorities, and ensure alignment with governance, across a portfolio of initiatives including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

The role interfaces with client leadership, CTG service delivery, and delivery teams to optimize capacity and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of project, program, or portfolio management experience.
• 5+ years managing complex IT portfolios and multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven proficiency with governance, PMO processes, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with MS Project, Project Online, ServiceNow, Power BI, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of discretionary, operational, infrastructure, security, and business projects.
• Forecast resource demand and balance capacity with project priorities.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones across the portfolio.
• Engage with client and CTG leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Coach and mentor PMs/Coordinators and establish portfolio reporting standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery transparency and customer satisfaction.
