The role focuses on debt agreements, covenant calculations, lender interactions, and proactive monitoring to identify issues before banks do.

Qualifications

• Experience with debt/credit agreements and covenants.
• Ability to manage multiple debt structures and lender relationships.
• Strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 70% focused on debt compliance and covenant calculations.
• Identify potential compliance issues and risks across portcos.
• Maintain central repository of portco debt agreements and compliance calendars.
• Coordinate with CFOs of portfolio companies and senior PE leadership.
• Proactive monitoring to identify issues before banks flag them.
