Ll Oefentherapie seeks a Senior Program Manager to establish and lead the Global Program Controls Data Governance program. You will define standards, ownership models, and governance forums to ensure trusted, actionable portfolio data and executive visibility.

You will own the authoritative data framework, dashboards, and quality initiatives across Jira, Primavera Cloud, Unifier, and BI platforms, partnering with IT and business leads to deliver consistent insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in data governance, reporting, and analytics strategy.
• Ability to lead governance initiatives across multiple organizations and systems.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Global Program Controls Data Governance program, including strategy and standards.
• Define decision rights, ownership models, and governance forums for portfolio delivery data.
• Own the executive portfolio dashboards, reporting suite, and data quality program.
• Translate program, schedule, cost, risk, and workflow data into clear insights for senior leaders.
• Partner with IT, data engineering, and business teams to ensure reliable data flows.
• Foster governance forums and mentor analysts and stakeholders.
