Job summary

Cockram Construction, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to support a large portfolio of projects nationwide, focusing on the Pharmaceutical/Biotech sectors. The role requires strong MS Project skills, scheduling logic, and effective communication with project teams.

You will manage schedules for ~100 projects under $10M, maintain credible data, and produce reports, trends, and critical path analysis. A Bachelor's degree is required and PMP or AACE scheduling credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification and AACE scheduling certification preferred.
• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience; biotech industry experience a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support schedule management for ~100 projects under $10M.
• Ensure credible schedule data with proper logic and regular updates.
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trend charts and analyses.
• Analyze and process change orders for schedule impacts.
• Develop and record historical schedule information and lessons learned.
• Produce detailed critical path schedules using MS Project.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and participate in project meetings.
