Arrowstreet Capital, Limited Partnership is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Compliance professional to negotiate, interpret, and monitor investment guidelines across global equity and derivative trading strategies. The role emphasizes automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance workflows and regulatory adherence, while supporting cross-functional teams on new investment initiatives.

Qualificações

5-7 years in asset management, preferably with portfolio guideline compliance.
Experience contributing to automation initiatives and AI-enabled solutions.
Working knowledge of equity and derivative instruments.

Responsabilidades

Evaluate proposed trades for compliance with client contracts, memorandums, and regulations.
Oversee daily review and analysis of portfolio compliance alerts and reports.
Contribute to and lead portfolio rebalance session reviews.
Ensure proper set-up of client guidelines within the compliance system.
Initiate and lead efforts to test and implement workflow enhancements.
Collaborate across teams to support new investment initiatives and regulatory changes, including automated solutions.
Analyze client guidelines to support new portfolio management initiatives.
Oversee junior team members with daily inquiries.
