Job summary

Sentry Management is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) in Columbia, SC. This full-time salaried role oversees associations, coordinating with boards, vendors, and the Home Office to deliver exemplary service while advancing company goals.

Responsibilities include meetings, vendor management, financial reporting, and onboarding/exiting associations. Licensing and management experience are required, with a focus on professionalism, strong communication, and driving

Qualifications

• Licensing in some states may be required.
• Have previous Community Management Experience.
• Be professional, organized and self-motivated.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals.
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow-up on monthly assessments due.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries to boards.
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations.
