Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in loan administration and servicing.
• Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency with systems.
• Experience in real estate/construction lending or affordable housing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in loan closings as part of the closing team and act as contact for loan officers and borrowers.
• Review and prepare loan documentation to ensure accurate implementation of terms.
• Maintain loan data in business systems and monitor insurance requirements.
• Coordinate funding, disbursements, and post-closing tasks.
• Administer loan servicing activities, including disbursements, modifications, and inquiries.
